Hotel Details for Voucher Use

HILTON GARDEN INN / HAMPTON INN - NORTH

Booking Information:

  • The reservation method for Group is as follows: Individual Reservation - All Guests are to make reservations by calling Hilton Central Reservations Line at (757) 305-9000, identifying themselves as members of SOVA Polar P Room Block.
  • Guests may also make reservations online using the link and entering the Group Code provided by the Hotel. This will ensure that they are charged properly and their occupied guestroom nights are eligible for voucher use.
  • Reservations made after January 24, 2025 will only be accepted on a room and rate availability basis.

Cancellation Details:

  • In the event a guest must cancel a confirmed reservation, no penalty will result if the notice is received at least 5 days prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.
  • If the reservation is not canceled by this time, one night room and tax deposit is forfeited.

HYATT HOUSE

Booking Information:

  • Individual attendees must make reservations for the Event directly with Hotel prior to 17 Jan 2025.
  • Guests can call reservations at 1-800-886-0451. When calling, all guests must identify themselves as a member of Group in order to obtain the Group’s rate.
  • Guests can also book online using the group link for online group reservations to be provided by the Hotel.
  • Hotel will accept reservations from attendees after the Cut-Off Date only on a space- and rate-available basis.

  • Hampton Inn North:
    • 2 Queen Beds or 1 King - $109
  • Hilton Garden Inn:
    • 2 Queen Beds or 1 King - $105
  • Hyatt House:
    • Oceanfront High Floor - 2 Queen beds $124
  • Oceanfront Inn - COMING SOON
