Register as an individual

Register online through firstgiving. When you open the register link, select register for an event and follow the instructions. Complete your registration by setting up your own fundraising page through firstgiving. Click “Create a Fundraising Page” and again, follow the site’s instructions.

  • If you register online, you still need to bring the following to Plunge check-in (at the Ramada Inn on Plunge day from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.)*:
  • Any cash/check donations
  • A copy of your firstgiving Web page only if you received donations after 5 p.m. Friday, Feb. 5

OR

Register in person on Plunge day

Register on person on Plunge day by downloading a registration form. Registration forms also are available in the Plunge brochure, which can be picked up at various venues throughout Tidewater. You also can set up a fundraising Web page through firstgiving, even if you plan to register in person. To do that, go to firstgiving, click “Create a Fundraising Page” and follow the instructions.

If you are registering in person, bring the following to Plunge registration (at the Ramada Inn on Plunge day from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.)*:
  • Registration form
  • Signed waiver
  • Your donations/pledges

* Remember, you also can drop off your registration forms and donations early to avoid long lines. During the week of February 2-5, we will register plungers at the Ramada Inn at 6th and Atlantic from 2 to 7 p.m.
