Running and Plunging? If you plan to Plunge and run, we suggest creating your fundraising page with your Plunge registration (vs. your 5K registration).
Note: If you register online, you still need to bring the following to Plunge check-in (at the Ramada Inn on Plunge day from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.)*: Any cash/check donations and a copy of your firstgiving Web page
only if you received donations after 5 p.m. Friday, Feb. 2

downloading the PDF registration form. If you are registering in person, bring the following to Plunge registration (at the Ramada Inn on Plunge day from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.)*:

signed waiver and your donations/pledges.
* Remember, you also can drop off your registration forms and donations early to avoid long lines. During the week of Jan. 29 - Feb. 1, we will register plungers at the Ramada Inn at 6th and Atlantic from 2 to 7 p.m.
